NAMTA Creativation Haul

NAMTA is an association for artists to connect with other artists as well as companies and brands that artists would love. They host an expo every year, and I was able to attend the trade show.

A Crafty Girls Trip

NAMTA is an association for artists to connect with other artists as well as companies and brands that artists would love. They host an expo every year, and I was able to attend the trade show with Kasey Hope. There were probably well over one hundred vendors offering everything from scrapbook materials, alcohol inks, hot glue guns, paintbrushes, oil paints, glitter, and so much more. Anything crafty that you can imagine was there and it was so cool to see all the different brands and products that are out there. Today I’m going to share some of the things I brought home from this awesome trade show!

Cordless Glue Gun

Have you guys seen these awesome glue guns? This is from a company called AdTech. This is a battery operated glue gun that comes with a charging chord! Can you say game changer? No more wrestling with chords or not being able to reach your project because the plug in is too far away. I don’t use a glue gun very often, but I can’t wait wait to try this!

Unicorn Spit

I have heard so many of you rave about this product! It’s a Gel Stain that comes in multiple colors. They said that this water based stain is lemon grass scented and is supposed to be fast drying. I brought home a glittery one and I can’t wait to try it!

Royal Talons Acrylic Paint Kits

I got these paint kits that come in six different colors in the tiniest, cutest little tubes! These paint kits come in such great colors. I wanted to try them because I thought they’d be very convenient if we ever decided to offer kits that are ready to go. I love them!

Stickles by Ranger

Stickles are a glitter gel that I used to have when I did scrapbooking and card making. I picked up four colors to try on some door hangers. I’m excited to see how they turn out on wood as opposed to paper!

DecoArt Water Marbling

DecoArt has a new water marbling product that I cannot wait to try! This is cool to try on shoes. Essentially you’re dripping paint in a water trough and then using a wood piece to create patterns and stuff in the water. I can’t wait to try this to see if it works on wood. I am so excited!!

Want to See Even More?

I went live and shared all kinds of products on my Facebook page that I got at the Creativation trade show. I can’t wait to try them all out. I don’t want to recommend them just yet until I get the chance to try them all and can verify that they really are great products. Stay tuned on my Facebook page to see how I use these fun products!

Want to Go Next Year?

Next year it’s going to be in New Orleans! You do have to register with NAMTA to attend Creativation, and they do offer classes to purchase as well. It was such a great event and now that I’ve been once I have to go again. There’s so many cool things to see!
