We ship orders for physical items every Tuesday and Thursday so processing time could be up to 7 days depending on which day of the week you place your order. Physical items should be inspected for damage immediately on arrival. If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of arrival and include photos of the damaged pieces as well as the package it arrived in. We will work to resolve the issue.
We send an email containing links to all digital items within 1 hour of purchase. Template Club files may take as long as 36-48 hours to be delivered after successful payment. The link in the email is necessary to download digital purchases to your computer or smartphone. These emails come from Southern Adoornments Decor.

Memberships and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by cancelling the product yourself inside your account or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are unhappy with any physical item you purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue.
Digital products are non-refundable. Please email us if you have an issue with your order at email@example.com.
Painter’s Clubhouse monthly payments can be cancelled if notice is given via email to support with a minimum of 3 days notice before payment processes.
Template Club monthly subscription refunds can not be given if templates have already been released.
Yearly memberships and subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refund will be given. You will continue to have access to the information through the end of your paid time.
Seasonal challenges and workshops are non-refundable.
Acceptable Behavior Policies
Please read this acceptable use policy (“policy”, “AUP”) carefully before using the Southern Adoornments Decor website, the ShopDoorHangers.com website and the Painters Clubhouse website (“website”, “service”) operated by Tamara Bennett (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).
